Shipping and Return Policies

Shipping

While fulfillment times can vary, we typically allow 2-3 weeks for your order to print and ship (weekends and holidays not included). All products are hand made to order in our Texas studios. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information as soon as your order is shipped.  Please note that sometimes this window can shift due to unexpected delays due to weather.

Often times a print can get lost or misplaced in transit by our couriers. If a print goes more than 10 days without a tracking or delivery update (and given that the address provided was correct) we'll send a priority replacement.

If your order is marked as delivered and you did not receive the order, you must file a claim with the courier. Often times couriers are able to track down the missing package. Other times we are able to provide a replacement if the courier admits fault. These are handled on a case by case basis. Unfortunately, we are not able to cover or replace items stolen after they are marked as delivered.

If the address provided was incorrect or failed to deliver at the provided address resulting in your order being returned to us, we must wait until the order is returned at which point we can update your delivery address and send the order back out. Please note that return shipments are deprioritized and may take longer to get back to us.

Due to the cost of oversize shipping, we must collect a freight surcharge on large items. Any piece where the sum of length and width is 59 inches or more will incur in a shipping surcharge of $125, $250, or $375 depending on size. Most rolled canvas or paper pieces ship free as well as pillows and fabrics. Any items where the sum of length and width is 58 inches or less, ship free in the US except Puerto Rico, Alaska or Hawaii.

 

Return Policy

All prints and frames are customized to order, thus returns or replacements for miss-orders, wrong sizes, or changes of mind cannot be accommodated. In the event of shipping damage, please email clear damage photos to customerservice@legacytrading.com for a priority replacement.

Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization from the company.

NO EXCEPTIONS!                                                     

*Please note that any approved return must be returned in original package with original packing materials. 

Your order begins production as soon as you click “confirm” so please choose wisely and the team will get cracking!

Cancellation Policy

Should you need to modify or cancel your order, please reach out to us without delay at customerservice@legacytrading.com. We endeavor to dispatch orders swiftly and cannot alter or revoke them once they have been sent to print. Similarly, if there is a need to update your address, it is crucial to contact us at once, since we cannot make address changes after the package has been dispatched.

 

Refund Policy

You'll receive an email confirmation once we receive your return, and you can expect your refund within 14 days - issued in the form of the original payment or a Gift Card. Please note: PayPal exchanges must be even, any balance will need to be charged to a credit card payment tender. Returns and refunds are made at our discretion. We are unable to process exchanges for international orders.

SHIPPING ERRORS / DAMAGED PRODUCTS

In the event that we process an order incorrectly or you receive a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace it or accept it for a full refund at our expense. Products must be cared for according to their care label. We do not accept returns that are the result of improper care. In the event of an erroneous shipment / damaged shipment, we will provide a prepaid shipping label to expedite the return (for orders shipped within the US). To receive your shipping label and arrange for shipment, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@legacytrading.com . Any customers using a third-party shipping service are responsible for any duties, taxes and shipping costs that may occur. Art x Artists is not liable for any damages from any third-party shipping service.
